The co-op is a democratic organization. Major decisions are made by the members together, at general meetings, while the day-to-day management is delegated to the Board of Directors and committees made up of interested members. In addition, management  and maintenance staff are hired to carry out routine tasks and provide assistance to the co-op members

Cost Control

Members of a co-op have the assurance that their housing costs will only rise to meet increased operating cost, not to provide a profit to a landlord. And because the housing is collectively owned and never re-sold, they have security of knowing that they can live in their homes as long as they fulfill the obligations of membership

People are the essence of Preston Heights Housing Co-operative. we are not simply marketing attractive and affordable townhomes, but a caring and constructive community atmoshere.
PHHC is run by the Members and includes member participation in landscaping, financial planning, maintenance, membership development and social activities. We welcome and will make use of your skills, talents and gifts here at PHHC
